If a product fails before it reasonably should during responsible, real-world use, we’ll help make it right.

RUGGED GEAR 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Our eligible Rugged Dog harnesses, collars, and leashes are covered for defects in materials and workmanship during normal, responsible use for one year from the original purchase date. If your gear fails because of a covered defect within that year, we’ll repair or replace it in accordance with our warranty policy.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SUPPORT

Some products we carry are made by trusted partner brands. When applicable, those products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help route you to the correct support when needed.

CHEWS & CONSUMABLES

Unopened chews and treats with their original factory seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Opened or consumed chews are not returnable and chews are not covered by our gear warranty. If something isn’t right, contact us—we’ll review your concern individually and work with you to make it right. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

Our team will review your situation and guide you to the appropriate solution — whether that’s a warranty claim, manufacturer warranty support, or case-by-case assistance under our Rugged Care™ framework for items that do not carry warranty coverage.
