Select Rugged Dog Company–manufactured products are covered by our Rugged Lifetime Warranty™. These items are warrantied against manufacturing defects for the life of the product.

Lifetime Warranty claims are handled according to our Lifetime Warranty policy.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SUPPORT

Some products we carry are made by trusted partner brands. When applicable, those products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help route you to the correct support when needed.

CHEWS & CONSUMABLES

Chews and consumable products are not eligible for standard returns or lifetime warranty coverage. If something arrives defective or clearly not up to the Rugged Quality Standard, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Our team will review your situation and guide you to the appropriate solution — whether that’s a warranty claim, manufacturer warranty support, or case-by-case assistance under our Rugged Care™ framework for items that do not carry warranty coverage.
