Shipping Policy
This policy outlines the shipping process, our shipping locations, and what you can expect.
PROCESSING & HANDLING
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
During peak times (holidays, launches, promotions), processing may take slightly longer, but we work to keep orders moving.
You’ll receive:
• an order confirmation email after checkout
• a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
HOW WE SHIP (CARRIERS)
We primarily ship using UPS and USPS, depending on what makes the most sense for your order.
Typical services may include:
• UPS Ground or a comparable ground service
• UPS SurePost–style services where UPS handles the main transportation and USPS completes final delivery in some areas
• USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage / First-Class for lighter and smaller packages
In some situations, we may use a comparable major carrier if it provides better reliability or transit time for a specific route, but our core mix is UPS + USPS.
Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse, depending on the destination. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we ship promptly using trackable services.

We keep shipping simple:
• $7.95 flat rate on orders under $65
• FREE shipping on orders $49+ within our standard service area

Continental U.S. (Lower 48)
• Standard rates apply
• Eligible for free shipping at $65+
Hawaii & Alaska
• We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska
• Additional shipping charges may apply due to higher carrier costs
• If additional cost is required, we will contact you before charging or processing so you can approve or cancel
U.S. Territories & APO/FPO
We currently do NOT ship to:
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• APO / FPO military addresses
International
We currently do NOT ship outside the United States.
Orders placed to unsupported destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned or cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may be required to resend.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will do what we can to correct it.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, or your order arrives damaged, contact:
