How do I build my chew box?
Choose eligible full packs and add them to your box. Two pack selections save 10%, three save 15%, and four save 20%. A pack selection counts as one item toward the tier, regardless of how many chews are inside that pack. Your discount appears in the box total before checkout.
How do I get the free Treat Lock holder?
Choose four eligible packs and reach at least $100 in qualifying chew subtotal after the 20% discount. One free Territory Treat Lock holder is added automatically per order. Tax, shipping, and products outside this box do not count. If the box no longer qualifies, the holder is removed. The free-holder offer cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.
How does shipping work, and when will my order ship?
Orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day usually ship the same day or the next business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping cost and available services appear at checkout. Read our shipping policy.
What is the return policy for chews?
Unopened chews with their original factory seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Opened, resealed, chewed, or partially consumed chews are not eligible. Customers pay return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. Please contact hello@ruggeddogcompany.com before sending anything back. Read the returns policy.
Does the No-Quit Guarantee cover this chew box?
The Rugged No-Quit Guarantee applies to eligible gear products under its terms. Chews follow the separate return policy above; unopened, factory-sealed chews may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Read the No-Quit Guarantee terms.
Can I mix bully sticks, yak chews, and beef cheek rolls?
Yes. Mix any eligible packs shown in the builder. Available pack sizes depend on current stock.
How does the $10 next-order reward work?
After a qualifying chew-box purchase, we email your $10 reward for a future order of $50 or more. It expires 14 days after issue and applies to your next purchase, not the box you are building today. Canceled or refunded purchases do not qualify.
