Most orders ship within 1–2 business days via UPS or USPS. Orders $65+ ship free within our standard service area.
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Unopened chews and treats may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Original factory-sealed packaging must be intact, including the vacuum seal where applicable.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Opened, resealed or consumed chews are not returnable.
